New ‘Contact Me’ Page.
July 25th 2007
I have finally added a ‘contact me’ page and it is located after ‘home’ and ‘about me’ on the menu bar. Previously I had my email address on the ‘about me’ page but for fear of getting loads of spam messages and because any good blog should have a contact form, I am proud to say you can now message me via a contact form.
While testing the contact form I finally accepted the fact that for what ever reason I am unable to read and then correctly type the verification code required to send the message. I estimate that I get the code right, on the first try, only 40% of the time. I have no idea why, but v’s, u’s and y’s all look the same, r’s and i’s too, and is it a ’1′ or ’i’ or ‘l’?

I too have a poor success rate with those types of captcha instead I prefer the maths ones.
However on the plus side for you, it will mean you will only get the truly committed people contacting you:)
Do you have a link to where you got the contact me form from as I would like to do a similar thing on my blog.

Hello Matias,
I used Cforms II.
For a plug-in that offers so many options I was surprised at how easy it was to set up. There are plenty of instructions too, which help.
