		<description>I like the last tip. I don&#039;t remember where I heard it, but somebody said &quot;30 years from now, you will be more upset about the things you didn&#039;t do instead of the things you did&quot;.  That seems to apply here.

There are, however, no shortage of events that I gladly pass up. Saying &#039;no&#039; is hard sometimes (especially when we actually have to tell somebody), but it&#039;s a good strength to have.</description>
